To provide a method to grasp a space that electronic equipment is located by utilizing a battery charger of the electronic equipment, and to provide the electronic equipment and the battery charger.SOLUTION: A space grasp method of electronic equipment includes: a step of receiving identification information about each of multiple battery chargers arranged in a sectioned multiple space in a room; a step of selecting one battery charger on the basis of signal strength of radio communication signal of each of multiple battery chargers; a step of distinguishing a type of the space that the chosen battery charger is arranged by a space type identifier included in the identification information about the chosen battery charger; and a step of determining the type of the space that the chosen battery charger is arranged as the type of the space that the electronic equipment is located.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
