To provide a technology capable of reflecting management data of another system in management data of an own system while suppressing a processing amount required in an own system without having to add a new function to another system.SOLUTION: Provided is a data updating system comprising an update search unit for searching for management data of another system and acquires identification information of the management data that has been updated, an acquisition schedule setting unit for setting an acquisition schedule of the updated management data, based on the number or size of the management data that has been updated, an update data acquisition unit for acquiring from the other system the management data that has been updated, based on the acquisition schedule and the identification information, and a data updating unit for reflecting the management data that has been updated in the management data of the own system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
