To automatically set accommodation charges corresponding to various conditions.SOLUTION: An accommodation charge setting device sets appropriate accommodation charges in an accommodation facility, and includes: a past data storage unit which holds information on accommodation charges having been set to a first date in the past, and information on time series variation of the number of room reservations on the first date in a prescribed term until the first date; a booking curve extraction unit which extracts an ideal booking curve on the basis of the information on time series variation of the number of room reservations on the first date; a machine learning model training unit which sets an accommodation charge at the first date, and trains the machine learning model so as to obtain the same result as the ideal booking curve; and an accommodation charge setting unit which allows the trained machine learning model to set the accommodation charge at a second date in the future.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
