PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring controller that is a monitoring controller of a water-supply-facilities plant and is capable of managing water level of a distribution reservoir that matches with variously changing water demand of a user.SOLUTION: Prediction conditions 12a including day of week and weather are input into a prediction conditions input unit 12.
