PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable type tool with low cost, for easily laying or erecting a plate-like building member without limitation of a service space.SOLUTION: A portable type tool comprises: base substance 2 where top face is approximately flat; a slip prevention member 3 made of rubber and fastened to an undersurface of the base substance 2; a placement stand 4 which is rotationally mounted to a top face of the base substance 2 with two pieces of orthogonal plate-like part having a rotational axis on a ridge line crossing to each other; and a pair of damper 5, 6 mounted so as to be the twisted relation with each other at both sides of rotational axis direction of the placement stand 4 and absorbing the impact on end term of the rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
