The edge wise flexure processing is conducted within 5 mins after heating. The aluminum alloy bus bar 10 has a ratio of Vickers hardness A of a heating part and Vickers hardness B of a non-heating part, A/B, of 0.8 or more. Further flat wise flexure processing is conducted on the aluminum alloy bus bar 10 if needed to obtain a prescribed shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
