PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy bar for forging, which does not cause a crack in the bar because the bar is appropriately elongated when being deformed, requires a small load to a rolling mill, and can manufacture the bar having superior characteristics and a small diameter with great productivity.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the aluminum alloy bar for forging comprises the steps of: cutting the aluminum alloy bar which has been continuously cast through a continuous casting apparatus, with a cutting device; homogenizing the cut aluminum alloy bar by heat treatment in a heat treatment device; and then facing the surface, heating the bar at a temperature between 400C and a solid phase temperature, rolling it at a rolling rate of 5% to 30%, cutting it and extracting it, in a continuous line.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
