PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for protecting a winding core which is adhered to the surface of the winding core exhibiting light detachment as the detachment angle increases while a wound film or the like hardly detaches in a shear direction, capable of smoothly changing (rewinding) the winding core by instantaneously obtaining an adhesive area with a film to be wound because wettability with the wound film is sufficient and capable of repeated use without washing, to provide a protected winding core on which the adhesive sheet for protecting such a winding core that has been adhered to the surface of the winding core and to further provide a rewinding method of the film using the protected winding core.SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet for protecting a winding core is an adhesive sheet for protecting a winding core which is adhered to the surface of the winding core which comprises a silicone resin layer, a substrate layer and an adhesive layer in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
