To provide an apparatus and a method for reducing man-hours for overflow stream influence evaluation and improving quality, and a recording medium therefor.SOLUTION: An overflows stream influence evaluation apparatus calculates an overflow stream state in each of sections of a building structure divided into two or more sections connected to each other by an overflow route, and provided with an overflow stream source in at least one section of the two or more sections. The overflow stream influence evaluation apparatus includes an input unit 23 for accepting section information having a size of each of the sections, route information having information required to calculate water flow in the overflow stream route, and overflow stream source information having a position of the overflow stream source and the amount of overflow stream, a storage unit 22 for storing the accepted section information, the route information and the overflow stream source information, a calculation unit 31 for calculating a submerged water level of each of the sections on the basis of the section information, the route information and the overflow stream source information, and an output unit 24 for outputting the submerged water level of each of the sections calculated by the calculation unit 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
