PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily evaluate the quality of a packet multiplexed stream through the display of a reference time information value transition state.;SOLUTION: Sequential reference time information value display information, expressing the value of reference time information placed in sequential reference time information arrangement packets in a multiplexed packet stream and reference time information arrangement order display information denoting to which packet number order or which byte number order the sequential reference time information arrangement packet corresponds in the multiplexed packet stream are obtained, they are stored in cross-reference with each other.
