[Solution] A career proposal system 1 for making a proposal about a new job and income suitable for a subject from the current curriculum vitae data received from the subject, the career proposal system 1 learning and generating career reference data that serves as a criterion for determining the occupation and income of a discretionary subject from data in which curriculum vitae data that constitutes a sample and income that corresponds to a job in the curriculum vitae data are previously correlated, and determining, for the curriculum vitae data received from a subject, the occupation and income suitable for the subject on the basis of the learned career reference data.
