PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner for enabling a user to intuitively adjust suction force.;SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner includes: a cleaner body having an electric blower and a dust collection unit; a suction unit connected to the cleaner body so as to suck dust on a cleaned surface when the electric blower is driven and to send the dust to the dust collection unit; a handle unit for operating traveling of the suction unit on a cleaned surface; an operation unit arranged in the handle unit so as to operate driving and stopping of the electric blower; and a control unit. The operation unit has a pressure sensor for detecting intensity of pressure and outputting a pressure intensity signal to the control unit.
