PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteotomy device for performing osteotomy which is tailored for a patient.;SOLUTION: An osteotomy device 1 comprises: a first body component 12 having a side guide edge 121 and an upper guide edge 122 for forming a cutting track; a second body component 14 having a lower guide edge 141 and disposed below the upper guide edge, with a guide groove formed between the upper guide edge and the lower guide edge for guiding cutting with a saw. The upper guide edge has a first registration perforation 123, and the lower guide edge has a second registration perforation 142.
