To provide a composition that lightens and plumps lips more effectively and in a simpler manner.SOLUTION: A microneedle array includes a water-soluble polymer, with each height of microneedles being 50-300 μm. Tips of the microneedles are round with each diameter of 5-150 μm, or are flat surfaces with equivalent areas. A back part of a microneedle array sheet 3 is lined with an adhesive tape in which a lining nonwoven fabric sheet 4 is pattern-coated with an adhesive 5, to obtain the microneedle array.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
