METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FERRITIC STAINLESS COLD-ROLLED STEEL STRIP

To provide a method for manufacturing a ferritic stainless cold-rolled steel strip which has an excellent surface brightness and in which brightness unevenness is suppressed.SOLUTION: According to this method for manufacturing a ferritic stainless cold-rolled steel strip, on a path other than a last path, rolling of a ferritic stainless hot-rolled steel strip after acid cleaning is performed by use of a work roll having a roll diameter of 40 mm or more and 150 mm or less, and a surface arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.20 μm or more and 0.45 μm or less. On the last path, cold rolling is performed by use of a work roll having a roll diameter of 40 mm or more and 150 mm or less, and a surface arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.03 μm or more and 0.15 μm or less. After performance of annealing, temper rolling of an elongation percentage of 0.3 to 2.0% is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
