PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension arm in which rigidity is improved in a portion where a restriction part for restricting swing of the suspension arm contacts with its surface, and to provide a suspension device including the suspension arm.;SOLUTION: A hollow shape suspension arm includes: an attachment part disposed at one end side and attached to a vehicle body; and an attachment part disposed at the other end side and attached to a support member of a wheel. The suspension arm is configured to swing in a vertical direction of the vehicle body with the attachment part attached to the vehicle body set to an axis of the swing. The suspension arm is formed into a hollow shape by multiple metallic plate materials. A protruding part is provided in a portion of the metallic plate material in which a load is input by a restriction part for restricting swing of the suspension arm. A reinforcement member which is formed by a metallic plate material is fixed so as to cover the protruding part.
