PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of immediately avoiding the danger by a detector being touched by a worker when there is a possibility that the nearest worker in the vicinity may be in danger of contact accident or the like, although the detector does not react to the nearest obstacle around the construction machine.;SOLUTION: The present invention comprises alarm generation means for generating an alarm in each of the cases where touch switches 40b to 44b as a first contact type detector are touched and touch switches 40a to 44a as a second contact type detector are touched, decelerating means for decelerating at least one of a movement of a lower traveling body 20 and a movement of an upper revolving body 30 when the touch switches 40b to 44b are touched, and stop means for stopping at least one of the movement of the lower traveling body 20 and the movement of the upper revolving body 30 when the touch switches 40a to 44a are touched.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
