PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure seal applicator capable of applying a tape-like seal over a long distance while reducing a physical burden on a worker, and configured to be able to apply the tape-like seal uniformly to the side surface of a concrete structure having many variations in size and shape.;SOLUTION: A concrete structure seal applicator 1 comprises: a support part 12 rotatably supporting a flat tape-like seal 71 on a base 11; a roller 15 on which a midway part drawn from the tape-like seal 71 on the base 11 runs along; a handle fixing part 13 covering an upper surface of the support part 12; a handle 14 fixed to the handle fixing part 13; and an arm part 16 having a wheel 19 rotating in contact with an upper surface 51b of a concrete structure 51.
