PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a connection structure of a fluid device and to reduce costs.;SOLUTION: In a connection method of a fluid device including: a fluid device arrangement process for arranging a fluid device 2 between end portions of both fluid pipes 1 in a non-interrupted flow state in a housing 6 surrounding the end portions of both fluid pipes 1 of which pipe axes are intersected, in a sealed state; a thimble connection process for connecting the end portions of both fluid pipes 1 and both connection cylindrical portions 21 of the fluid device 2 by slidable thimbles 5 in a sealed state in the housing 6; a fixing connecting process for fixing and connecting connection flanges 55 of both thimbles 5 and the connection flanges 23 of the fluid device 2 opposed thereto by fastening means in a sealed state; and a contact state correction process for correcting the connection flange 23 of the fluid device 2 and the connection flange 55 of the thimble 5 to a surface contact state.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
