PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering machine pallet wheel automatic greasing device, in a DL type sintering machine during working, even if the height position of a greasing port is varied by the difference of abrasion loss to a pallet wheel during running, capable of continuous automatic greasing.;SOLUTION: Provided is a sintering machine pallet automatic greasing device where, in a DL type sintering machine during working, greasing is continuously, automatically performed to the wheel of a pallet during running, comprising: a parallel running mechanism for parallel running to the wheel; a position regulation mechanism for detecting the position of a wheel cover fitted to the side face of the wheel and regulating the position of a greasing nozzle to a greasing port located in the prescribed place of the wheel cover; a greasing mechanism for performing greasing to the wheel; a greasing amount control mechanism for controlling a greasing amount; a return mechanism for returning to a waiting position after the completion of the greasing; and a general control mechanism for generally controlling each mechanism.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
