Further, there is provided a lifting mechanism part 32 which rotates the footrest 28 toward the vehicle upper side upon vehicle front collision. Accordingly, upon the vehicle front collision, feet F of an occupant P can be protected from the deformation of the floor 22, and the foot placement part 46 serves as, so to speak, a wall, thereby being able to inhibit the displacement of the occupant P to the vehicle front side.
