PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a returning side arm and a going side arm with a novel configuration used in a bathtub circulation port device.;SOLUTION: In a bathtub circulation port device 10, a returning side arm 14 for connecting a returning side external pipe 13 to a water heater and a going side arm 16 for connecting a going side external pipe 15 from the water heater are disposed in parallel in a protruding manner on an external surface of an external cylindrical body 11. The returning side arm 14 and the going side arm 16 each include short pipe parts 14A and 16A attached to the external cylindrical body 11, and long pipe parts 14B and 16B provided with an outer pipe connection part 145 to which external pipes 13 and 15 are connected.
