PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict an earthquake from an atmospheric pressure.;SOLUTION: A communication terminal 40 and a barometer network 80 measure an atmospheric pressure, and transmit it to an analysis server 10. An atmospheric pressure data collecting function 26 of the analysis server 10 converts a received atmospheric pressure value into a sea level atmospheric pressure, and stores it as atmospheric distribution data 18B in a storage device 18. A risk determining function 28 calculates a long-term atmospheric pressure variation gradient (ΔP/Δd) and an atmospheric pressure variation amount (ΔP) in a first period and a short-term atmospheric pressure variation gradient (ΔP/Δh) and an atmospheric pressure variation amount (ΔP) in a second period shorter than the first period by referring to the atmospheric pressure distribution data 18B, and determines earthquake possibility. The analysis server 10 transmits a determination result to the communication terminal 40 of an inquiry source, and multicast-transmits an attention determination result and a caution determination result to the communication terminal located in an attention region.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
