PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and temporally observe an object.;SOLUTION: A microscope includes: a pair of object lenses disposed by nipping an observation object and having a common area overlapping the observation object one another; a first irradiation part for irradiating first coherent irradiation light to the observation object via one of the pair of object lenses; a first detection part for detecting the first emission light emitted from the observation object irradiated with the first irradiation light by nonlinear optical effect through one of the lenses; and a second detection part for detecting a second emission light irradiated by the nonlinear optical effect from the observation object irradiated with the first irradiation light and propagating an optical path different from the first emission light through the other lens among the pair of object lenses.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
