PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To autonomously correct an error in assembling headlamps in a vehicular headlamp system that selectively irradiates a high beam.SOLUTION: Included are a light irradiation range designation unit 11 that designates a light irradiation range for vehicular headlamps, a light distribution control unit 12 that produces a light distribution control signal which instructs a light distribution pattern dependent on the light irradiation range, and outputs the light distribution control signal to the vehicular headlamps, an error detection light distribution pattern designation unit 13 that allows the light irradiation range designation unit 11 to designate a light distribution error adjustment pattern that includes a shading border extending in a lengthwise direction, a light distribution error detection unit 14 that images the light distribution pattern, which is formed by the vehicular headlamps, on the basis of the light distribution error adjustment pattern, thus obtains an image, detects the position of the shading border on the basis of the image, and obtains a light distribution error that is a displacement quantity from a reference position, and a correction value memory unit 15 that stores a correction value determined based on the light distribution error. The light irradiation range designation unit 11 uses the correction value stored in the correction value memory unit 15 to correct the light irradiation range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
