PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a school administration support system capable of performing input suitable for each registration purpose, while the input of information relating to a school administration still has convenience of the hand writing, and output of the information to be reconstructed as data suitable for browsing purpose of various types.SOLUTION: Provided is a school administration support system in which hand-written information relating to a school administration described in accordance with the prescribed recording purpose is digitalized, attached data is extracted from attribute information included in the digital data, data for retrieval restructured from the attached data and the digital data corresponding thereto are accumulated, keyword research is performed according to a browsing purpose, then, data for retrieval according to a browsing purpose is read from collation with the attached data, data to be displayed is generated based on the read data for retrieval and displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
