PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm and easy-to-clean handlebar cover for cold weather for being attached to a two-wheeler, three-wheeler or the like which is downsized to improve the design of the vehicle body of a vehicle when the handlebar cover is attached to the vehicle, and which allows a user to safely ride the vehicle and can protect the hand from cold weather.SOLUTION: In a handlebar cover for cold weather for being attached to a two-wheeler, three-wheeler or the like, the lower part thereof below the grip is not closed. The handlebar cover is formed into a planar shape so as not to wrap the brake. Therefore, the handlebar cover does not have a design that it hangs down, the size thereof can be reduced, and the impact on the design of the vehicle body of a vehicle can be reduced. In addition, since the handlebar cover is formed into a planar shape, it is easy to wash and is easy to dry when it is wet and therefore can be kept clean. A glove having a gusset is combined with the inside of the planar-shaped body in order to hold a grip, which warms up the hand of a user and prevents the hand from being directly exposed to a draft when the user inserts the hand into the glove to hold the grip. In addition, since the handlebar cover of the invention is formed into such a shape, it does not pinch the hand, and therefore the user can freely move the hand to safely ride the vehicle.
