A coumarin measuring method and an automatic coumarin measuring apparatus are provided which can shorten the restraint time and improve the measurement efficiency of many samples. A coumarin automatic measuring device includes a spectrofluorometer and a sample introduction unit. The spectrofluorometer 10 includes a photometer unit 20, a data processing unit 30 that controls the photometer unit 20 and analyzes a sample, and an operation unit 40 that performs input and output. The sample introduction unit 100 includes a sample rack 102 in which a plurality of test tubes 101 in which samples are stored, a syringe 103, a storage tank 104, a pump 110, and a waste liquid tank 120 are provided.
