PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support creation of innovation by effectively presenting solution concepts to innovators.SOLUTION: A problem solution supporting system comprises: mining means to extract character strings from basic information; and retrieval means that refers to three or more levels of association between solution concepts classified into two or more types and reference character strings acquired in advance, and retrieves one or more solution concepts on the basis of the three or more levels of association between the solution concepts and reference character strings corresponding to the character strings extracted by the mining means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
