PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a room, an open ceiling, and a veranda or the like in an arbitrary size.SOLUTION: A basic unit table 210 stores basic unit information including a basic unit type indicating any one of rectangular parallelepiped shaped basic units of a predetermined size distinguished by the presence or absence of a wall in the side surface and the presence or absence of a floor on the bottom surface. A unit arrangement table 230 is stored with unit arrangement information with respect to each unit. A unit arrangement part 101 selects the basic unit information according to the operation of the user, and arranges the basic unit indicated by the basic unit type so as to be increased or reduced or kept as it is, thereby forming the unit. The unit arrangement part 101, when at least one of the adjacent two units has a wall at the boundary of both of the units, arranges one wall at the boundary of both of the units.
