PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular imprinting film allowing detection of a steroid hormone compound at a sensitivity higher than that in a conventional MI method, a manufacturing method of the molecular imprinting film, a mold compound used for manufacturing the molecular imprinting film, and a method capable of detecting the steroid hormone compound at a high sensitivity using the molecular imprinting film.SOLUTION: The molecular imprinting film of the present invention is a molecular imprinting film of a steroid hormone compound. The steroid hormone compound has a specific chemical structure and a lamination structure in which a polymer layer is stacked on a self-organization monomolecular film. β-cyclodextrin is bonded to the surface of the self organization monomolecular film, and a singular recognition space for the steroid hormone compound is formed on the polymer layer. The β-cyclodextrin exists at one end of the singular recognition space, and an aminooxy group exists at the other end of the singular recognition space.SELECTED DRAWING: None
