To provide a radio layered power supply management system that has a power supply switch omitted, reduces use of a power line, and does not use a route of a network.SOLUTION: A radio layered power supply management system includes a remote control device comprising a control module 72, input device 76, screen 75, and power supply device 73. The control module includes a processing circuit, radio signal transmission circuit, and storage unit. The radio signal transmission circuit, on the basis of selection, transmits control signals to corresponding devices to be controlled. The storage unit stores settings for the devices to be controlled. The remote control device manages action of the devices to be controlled on the basis of settings including an organizational structure of distribution of layered groups that a use manager himself/herself can set with respect to the devices to be controlled and identification codes corresponding to the devices to be controlled that the use manager himself/herself sets, and on the basis of the layered organizational structure; and controls the layered groups on the basis of the layered organizational structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
