PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for instantaneously and quantitatively evaluating muscle fatigue, muscle fatigue display device, and muscle fatigue quantitative evaluation apparatus.SOLUTION: The muscle fatigue quantitative evaluation method includes: measuring a change in myogenic potential of an activity part with respect to time; calculating a power spectrum of the myogenic potential for each prescribed time; classifying the power spectrum into a plurality for each prescribed frequency bandwidth; calculating a sum of power for each of classified multiple prescribed frequency bandwidths; calculating each ratio of a sum of power for each prescribed frequency bandwidth, to the total sum of the power of the respective prescribed frequency bandwidths; and compares a change in the ratio with respect to the time.
