PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode composite for a metal air battery that facilitates joint of a solid electrode and a laminate film and enables long-term stable discharging, and a metal air battery.SOLUTION: A negative electrode composite for a metal-air battery comprises a laminate including a metal negative electrode 3, a negative electrode current collector 2 which is electrically connected to the metal negative electrode 3, and solid electrolyte 5 having metal ion conductivity, and an exterior package body 6 in which the laminate is housed and which has an opening portion through which a part of the laminate is exposed to the surface. The outer package body 6 includes a laminate film having at least a resin layer 6b as an outer layer and a metal layer 6a inside the resin layer 6b. The opening portion and the solid electrolyte 5 are provided so as to overlap with each other, and the metal layer 6a of the laminate film and the solid electrolyte 5 are joined to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
