The present invention provides an immune cell with higher cytotoxic activity. Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for highly potent and promising NK cell therapy. The present invention provides a cell population comprising cells which are CCR5 positive, CCR6 positive and CXCR3 positive and CD3 negative. The present invention provides a cell population in which cells which are CCR5 positive, CCR6 positive and CXCR3 positive and CD3 negative are additionally CD11c high expressing. The present invention provides cells which are invading solid tumors and which are CCR5 positive, CCR6 positive and CXCR3 positive and CD3 negative.
