PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce and sugar receivable by more people without likes and dislikes.SOLUTION: Rice vinegar is put into a container 1 as much as 2 L S1, Japanese sake is put thereinto as much as 1.8 L S3, white superior soft sugar is put thereinto as much as 50 g S5, salt is put thereinto as much as 5 g S7, and soy sauce is put thereinto as much as 5 g S9.
