PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a purifying device to efficiently exert the performance thereof while increasing energy efficiency on a vehicle as a whole without depending on temperature of an exhaust gas discharged from an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A heat storage body 20 disposed in an exhaust pipe passage of the internal combustion engine includes: a heat storage member 302; a first heat generating member 301 used for storing heat in the heat storage member 302; and a second heat generating member 311 that is different from the first heat generating member 301, the second heat generating member 311 generating heat separately from the first heat generating member 301.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
