PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder for solidification which hastens starting and finishing times of solidification for leveling solidification time, without being affected by a state and kind of anhydrous glucose, when bringing the powder for solidification formed of mainly the anhydrous glucose and aqueous medium into contact, for preparing a lemon-lime state solidified object, combined confectionery using it, and a solidification and leveling method of the anhydrous glucose solidified object.SOLUTION: Provided is the powder for solidification mainly formed of anhydrous glucose for being brought into contact with an aqueous medium for being solidified into a predetermined shape, in whole weight of the powder for solidification, hydrous glucose is included by 0.5-30 mass%.
