Provides new molecules available for detection of sIgA. The sIgA-binding nucleic acid of the present invention is a nucleic acid molecule having a dissociation constant of 37.7 nM or less with respect to secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA), and comprises, for example, the nucleotide sequence of any of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 12 It is preferable to include a polynucleotide consisting of a polynucleotide, or a partial sequence thereof. According to the nucleic acid molecule of the present invention, sIgA can be detected in saliva.
