To provide a novel molecule that can be used for detection of sIgA.SOLUTION: The secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA)-binding nucleic acid molecule of the present invention is characterized in that it contains a polynucleotide of (a) or (b): (a) a polynucleotide consisting of a base sequence of sequence number 1 and (b) a polynucleotide that consists of a base sequence having at least 80% identity to the base sequence of (a) and binds to the sIgA.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
