PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical record creation support system that resolves complexity of operability, and reduces a burden on a doctor and a medical institution in inputting data for creating a medical record.SOLUTION: In a medical record creation support system of the present invention, a medical institution terminal comprises: region information receiving means that receives information on a region forming the body according to a user's input operation; symptom specification information transmission means that transmits information on specification of a symptom; symptom candidate receiving means that receives candidates for the symptom; symptom selection receiving means that receives selection of a symptom from the received candidates for the symptom according to the user's input operation; and progress information receiving means that receives progress information on a chief complaint according to the user's input operation, and a server device comprises: symptom specification information receiving means that receives the symptom specification information; symptom candidate extraction means that extracts symptoms corresponding to the received region as candidates for symptom; and symptom candidate transmission means that transmits the extracted candidates for the symptom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
