PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading apparatus that facilitates detaching or attaching of each bearing unit for supporting a rotating shaft.SOLUTION: A kneading apparatus 1 includes: a container 11 for storing a kneaded product such as wheat flour or water; 3-arm bodies 12 disposed in the container and integrally rotated with a rotating shaft 13; a drive side bearing unit 14 for supporting the rotating shaft in the drive side; a driven side bearing unit 15 for supporting the driven side; and a drive mechanism 20 provided in the drive side end of the rotating shaft. Multiple screw holes provided with female screw grooves in an inner circumference are disposed in a circular shape on the drive side bearing unit and the driven side bearing unit, and the holes with the female screw grooves of the diameter smaller than that of the screw holes are provided in a fixed structure existing on the extension line of at least 3-screw holes among the screw holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
