PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuisance phone call detection device capable of preventing erroneous detection.SOLUTION: A terminal apparatus 100 has a registration section 140 that, when receiving a registration request of a new phone number, registers the phone number in a telephone directory table 110a while associating with a registration date. The terminal apparatus 100 also has an evaluation value calculation section 160 that, when the lapsed days from the registration date have exceed a threshold level, sets the weight of the newly registered phone number to an infinitely small value; to thereby eliminate the same from evaluation object of nuisance phone calls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
