PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraper for removing rail-attached oil and a rail inspection vehicle capable of reliably removing oil attached to the surface of rail in a stable state.SOLUTION: A scraper 1 for removing rail-attached oil is the scraper 1 for removing rail-attached oil which is fitted to a rail-attached oil removing device, is brought into sliding contact with a head part surface to be brought into sliding contact therewith of the rail R and removes the oil attached to the head part surface to be brought into sliding contact therewith of the rail R, has a long-size shape which is longer in the longitudinal direction than the length in a vertical direction of the rail R and has such a shape that the sliding contact surface brought into contact with the head part surface to be brought into sliding contact therewith of the rail R is based on the head part surface to be brought into sliding contact therewith of the rail R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
