PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape error determination device capable of properly determining a various types of shape errors, and a determination result image generation device provided with the shape error determination device and capable of generating a highly visible image as a determination result image that is to be used when a shape error determination result is presented.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A shape error determination device 10 comprises: a first-shape abnormality determination part (defective error determination unit 12) that compares a size of a first-shape portion (defect portion) detected by a first-shape detection part (defect detection unit 22) with a first-shape abnormality determination threshold (defective error determination threshold) to determine whether or not the first-shape portion is abnormal; and a second-shape abnormality determination part (abrasion error determination unit 11) that determines whether or not a second-shape portion (abrasion portion) is abnormal on the basis of three-dimensional shape information on a region in a predetermined surface (abrasion surface) in which the first-shape portion (defect portion) is not formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
