PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables accurate quantification of moisture regain of a sample with water adhered thereto while minimizing effects imparted to or caused by the sample.SOLUTION: Provided is a moisture regain measurement method comprising: an extraction step of bringing a sample into contact with a solvent capable of dissolving water to separate and extract adhered water from the sample into the solvent; and a quantification step of quantifying moisture regain of the sample with the adhered water from an amount of water extracted into the solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
