PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope leak tester capable of performing a water tightness check of an endoscope in a short time.SOLUTION: An endoscope washing and sterilization device 1 includes: a connector 32a connected to a leak detection mouthpiece 3c of an endoscope 2; a pump 42 communicated with the connector 32a for introducing air to the inside of the endoscope 2 through the connector 32a; a connector 31a connected to a treatment tool insertion port 3b of a treatment tool insertion channel of the endoscope 2; a washing tube 31 communicated with the connector 32a and made of a material that transmits visible light for observing air bubbles in water led out from the treatment tool insertion port 3b; and a pump 43 connected to the treatment tool insertion port 3b that introduces water from a treatment tool opening 3a, and introduces water to the washing tube 31 through the treatment tool insertion port 3b and the connector 31a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
