PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for supporting learning, capable of easily changing difficulty of questions.SOLUTION: A storage part stores plural pieces of combination information each of which indicates a combination of plural word phrases over plural items. A setting part sets a question image with which the plural word phrases related to the plural items are associated. A recognition part recognizes the plural word phrases related to the question image which is set by the setting part. A detection part detects one or more combinations of the plural word phrases related to the plural items, containing two or more word phrases related to residual items except for the question object item in the plural items, out of the plural word phrases recognized by the recognition part, from the plural pieces of combination information. A determination part determines two or more word phrases containing a first word phrase which is included in the plural word phrases recognized by the recognition part and a second word phrase which is not included in the one or more combinations detected by the detection part, about the question object items. An output control part outputs the question image visibly, and outputs the two or more word phrases as two or more choices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
