The description provides anti-Denv antibodies and methods for the manufacture and use of these antibodies. Nucleic acid is also provided for encoding anti-Denv antibodies and host cells containing nucleic acid. The use of anti-Denv antibodies includes the treatment of Denv infection, the description also provides polypeptides containing FC variant regions, and methods for manufacturing and using such variants. Nucleic acids for coding polypeptides and host cells including nucleic acids are also provided. The use of polypeptides includes the treatment of viral infections.
