Procedure for quantifying the content of hydrogen in welded joints by friction welding process for non consumable pin (FSW).The present invention relates to the development of a new methodology based on ISO 3690 (2012) and AWS A4.3 (1993) to measure the content of hydrogen in welded joints of high strength steels for welding process by friction with non consumable pin (FSW).This methodology can be used in other types of metal or steel such as austenitic stainless steels and duplex.In addition, it can be implemented to quantify the amount of hydrogen (diffusive.Residual and total) in welded joints under different conditions such as welding submerged in aqueous solutions at different temperatures.
